Are you looking at recovery centers for addiction and feel that there isn’t really much separating one from the next? Have they begun to more or less blur together? The truth is that, unfortunately, many recovery centers do little to distinguish themselves from one another. At Arision, our addiction recovery center in Woodland Hills, we do everything we can to provide a high-caliber, unique treatment that improves upon the traditional recovery model.
Stopping the Behaviors Holding You Back
The cycle of addiction is exactly that: a cycle. Using a toxic substance, suffering, feeling worse, then using again – it can feel, despite your best efforts, endless. Here, we can help you to stand athwart that cycle, breaking it. Then, we can work with you to help you to develop the kinds of skills and abilities which can aid you in keeping you from that cycle for good. Addiction can be caused by underlying causes, traumas, and the like. Through discovering them, addressing them, and working on them, you can overcome them.
Creating an Environment to Learn, Grow, and Develop
Many feeling trapped in a cycle of addiction also feel trapped in a series of behaviors. These behaviors can be harmful, with serious negative consequences. When you’re here, we work with you to develop positive, healthier behaviors. This is true in so many different facets of your life. From better ways to eat and exercise to developing social skills that may have atrophied (if never existed before) we can work with you to be in the best shape possible, mentally, physically, and spiritually, to be able to continue your journey of recovery even after you’ve left Arision.
A Community in Every Sense of the Word
That said, even when you have moved on from Arision, you are still a member of our community. Indeed, community means so much to us here at Arision. From our medical staff to our therapists to our patients, chef, and everyone else, to use the oldest (and truest) of cliches, we’re all in this together. All work together, in tandem, to help with your personalized training. To use an example, in our group therapy sessions, an experienced moderator makes sure that not only does everyone speak their mind, but they also find their voice, support others, and learn from others, all while growing together as continuing the journey.

To continue the journey, however, one must take the next step on it. While all aspects of treatment have their own sets of obstacles, making that first call to an IOP can be as difficult as any. As Arision is an intensive outpatient program, we can work with you to put together a plan as well as a schedule that can help you to maintain your life and your support system while receiving a higher caliber of treatment. To learn more information or to begin the intake process, you can message us through our site or give us a call.
